An award winning Belgian Dubbel style beer. Dark amber with flavours of vinous fruit, port, rich malt, floral and herbal hops and a lingering gentle spicy hop finish. The 2025 Restoration vintage is limited to just 110 bottles, each one numbered on its base.
Conditioned for six months prior to bottling, it can be enjoyed straight away or aged further to allow the complex flavours to develop.
Hops: Mount Hood, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Hallertauer Hersbrucker
